For a luxurious vacation that you never forget - stay in a hotel in Paris

Holidaymakers looking for an excellent five-star experience are never disappointed by Paris. The 'City of love' is a well frequented holiday destination and has a reputation as one of the most romantic cities in the world. Visitors to Paris have the opportunity to see some of the world's most famous landmarks and visit some very well stocked galleries. Some of the best Paris hotels are located very close to the city's attractions, which are dotted liberally throughout Paris. There are attractions outside the city like the Palace of Versailles, which are easily reachable on the train.

Not many places can provide an evening of entertainment as unique or well practiced as Paris. A night at the Moulin Rouge is one of the best and most unforgettable nights out. The cabaret has been going for over a century and was the subject of a Hollywood film, so holidaymakers should take the time to see what is behind the hype. A ticket for dinner and a dance costs nearly €200 for an evening but it does include copious amounts of champagne, as well as the most spectacular show you may ever see.

There are plenty of hotels to choose from in Paris. One of the most well located Paris hotels is Le Meurice on the Rue De Rivoli. The hotel is the height of opulence giving guests the opportunity to enjoy excellent service and some of the best hotel accommodation in Paris. The hotel was recently refurbished and has excellent facilities, including a gym, a sauna and the option of in room massages. The views across Paris are excellent and guests can sit eating great food in the shadow of the Eiffel tower.

A short distance from the Rue de Rivoli are some of Paris' best attractions. One of the most visited of them is the Louvre Museum, home to the Mona Lisa and countless treasures from ancient Egypt. The Rue de Rivoli is also close to place de la Concorde, one of the city's most famous public spaces and home to an obelisk taken from the Luxor temple in Egypt. Holidaymakers can take a relaxing stroll down the banks of the Seine to the Ile de la Cite for the cathedral at Notre Dame.

Another one of the best located Paris hotels is The Hotel square on Rue De Boulainvilliers near the Eiffel Tower. Holidaymakers that chose the five-star Hotel Square will be staying at one of Paris' most modern hotels near the city's oldest large attraction. From the top of the Eiffel Tower holidaymakers can see across the city, due to the strict Parisian planning laws which have prevented the indiscriminate building of skyscrapers.
